Official Rules and Regulations Governing Your Use of jed4

Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the jed4 platform. By creating an account, making a deposit, or placing any bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must not use our services.
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:
By registering an Account with jed4, depositing funds, or placing any bet, you explicitly agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. These documents collectively constitute the entire agreement between you and jed4.
Your continued use of the Services following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for updates. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Services immediately and may close your Account by contacting customer support.
These Terms are legally binding and enforceable. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you are entering into a contract with jed4 and that you have the legal capacity to do so under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must be at least 21 years of age to create an Account or use any Services offered by jed4. By registering, you confirm that you are 21 years or older and that the information provided during registration is accurate and complete. jed4 reserves the right to request identification documents at any time to verify your age. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed, all bets voided, and deposits confiscated without refund.
Our Services are primarily intended for residents of Indonesia. You confirm that online gaming is not prohibited in your location and that you are accessing our Services in compliance with all applicable local laws. jed4 operates under international gaming licenses and is not licensed or regulated by Indonesian authorities. You acknowledge that the legal status of online gambling in Indonesia is ambiguous under current legislation, and you accept sole responsibility for determining whether your use of our Services complies with your local laws.
You represent and warrant that you have full legal capacity to enter into this agreement, that you are not under any legal disability or contractual restriction that prevents you from using our Services, and that you are using your own funds (not those belonging to third parties) for deposits and wagers.
The following persons are prohibited from using jed4 Services:
To use jed4 Services, you must register an Account by providing accurate personal information including full legal name, date of birth, email address, mobile phone number, and residential address. All information provided must be truthful, current, and complete. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.
You are permitted to hold only one Account with jed4. Creating multiple Accounts (referred to as "duplicate accounts") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. If duplicate accounts are detected, jed4 reserves the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, confiscate bonuses and winnings, and retain deposits without refund. Only one Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method is allowed.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You must not share your credentials with any third party. All activity conducted through your Account will be considered authorized by you. You agree to notify jed4 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. jed4 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials.
jed4 is required to verify the identity, age, and address of all Players as part of our anti-fraud and responsible gaming obligations. You must provide valid identification documents when requested, which may include:
Failure to complete KYC verification within 30 days of first withdrawal request may result in Account suspension and withholding of funds until verification is completed. Documents must be clear, legible, and unaltered. jed4 reserves the right to request additional verification at any time.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, you must withdraw all Real Money Balance. Any remaining Bonus Balance will be forfeited. Closed Accounts cannot be reopened without jed4's explicit approval. jed4 may close or suspend your Account at its sole discretion if you breach these Terms or if we suspect fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
jed4 accepts deposits via bank transfer from Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and Indonesian e-wallets (OVO, DANA, GoPay). Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed during the deposit process. All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
You confirm that all funds deposited to your jed4 Account are from legitimate sources and belong solely to you. Funds may not be sourced from criminal activity, money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal source. jed4 reserves the right to request documentation proving the source of your funds. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited—the name on your jed4 Account must match the name on your payment method.
Deposits are typically credited to your Account within 2-15 minutes depending on the payment method. If your deposit does not appear within the stated timeframe, contact customer support with your transaction receipt. jed4 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method registered in your own name and verified during KYC. You must use the same payment method for withdrawals as used for deposits, unless technical limitations prevent this. Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-24 hours depending on your VIP tier status. First-time withdrawals require completed KYC verification, which may extend processing time.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal per transaction is Rp 100,000,000. Daily withdrawal limit is Rp 500,000,000. Higher limits may be available for Gold tier VIP members upon request. Withdrawals below Rp 100,000 will be rejected.
To comply with anti-money laundering regulations, you must wager deposited funds at least once (1x turnover) before withdrawal. Deposits immediately withdrawn without any gaming activity may be subject to investigation and denial. Repeated attempts to deposit and withdraw without wagering may result in Account closure and funds confiscation.
jed4 does not charge withdrawal fees for standard processing. However, your bank or payment provider may impose fees on their end. Expedited withdrawal requests or withdrawals to alternative payment methods may incur additional fees at jed4's discretion.
Bonuses and promotions are available to eligible jed4 Players at the company's discretion. Each bonus has specific terms and conditions that must be met before any winnings can be withdrawn. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the specific terms applicable to that promotion. Bonuses are intended for recreational players only; professional or advantage players may be excluded from bonus offers.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (also known as turnover or playthrough requirements) before winnings can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must bet the bonus amount (and sometimes the deposit amount) before the bonus converts to Real Money Balance. For example, a Rp 200,000 bonus with 30x wagering requires Rp 6,000,000 in total bets before withdrawal.
Different games contribute differently toward wagering requirements:
Specific contribution rates are listed in each bonus terms. Playing excluded games with active bonus funds may result in bonus forfeiture.
While bonus funds or wagering requirements are active, you must not place individual bets exceeding Rp 50,000 per round, spin, or bet. Exceeding this maximum bet limit constitutes a breach of bonus terms and may result in voiding of the bonus, associated winnings, and potential Account suspension.
jed4 strictly prohibits bonus abuse, which includes but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim multiple bonuses, coordinating with other players to exploit bonuses, using betting patterns designed to minimize risk while clearing wagering requirements (e.g., betting red and black simultaneously in roulette), or any other strategy that abuses the intent of promotional offers. Suspected bonus abusers will have bonuses and winnings confiscated and Accounts permanently closed.
You may have only one active bonus at any given time. You must complete wagering requirements for your current bonus or forfeit it before claiming a new bonus offer. Some bonuses are mutually exclusive and cannot be combined with other offers.
You may forfeit an active bonus at any time by contacting customer support, which will remove the Bonus Balance and associated wagering requirements but allow you to withdraw your Real Money Balance. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from those funds will be deducted upon forfeiture.
A bet is considered valid only when confirmed by jed4's system and displayed in your betting history. In the event of system errors, communication failures, or technical glitches, jed4 reserves the right to void bets. You are responsible for verifying that your bets have been accepted and recorded correctly before the event starts.
Odds displayed at the time of bet placement are the odds applied to your bet, even if odds change subsequently. jed4 uses official sports results from recognized governing bodies to settle bets. In case of conflicting sources, the official result as published by the sport's governing body takes precedence. Bets are typically settled within minutes of the event conclusion, but may take longer for manual verification when required.
If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled before completion, bets will typically be voided and stakes returned unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Specific sports may have different voiding rules as detailed in our sports betting rules. For casino games, if a game malfunctions after a bet is placed but before completion, the bet will be voided and your stake returned.
jed4 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits per bet, per day, or per event. These limits vary by sport, league, and bet type and are available upon request from customer support. Any winnings exceeding these limits will be paid up to the maximum limit only, with excess winnings forfeited.

Detection of any prohibited practices will result in immediate bet voiding, winnings confiscation, and Account termination.
All casino games offered by jed4, including slots, table games, and live dealer games, operate on certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested for fairness and randomness. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are displayed on slot games and represent long-term statistical averages calculated over millions of game rounds. Actual short-term results may vary significantly from published RTP.
jed4 reserves the right to refuse or limit play from any Player if suspicious patterns are detected, including but not limited to suspected collusion in live poker, card counting in blackjack, or exploitation of game vulnerabilities. We work exclusively with licensed software providers who undergo regular third-party audits to ensure game integrity.
jed4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. We encourage all Players to view gambling as entertainment rather than a source of income. If you feel your gambling is becoming problematic, we urge you to use our responsible gaming tools including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, and self-exclusion options. These tools are available in your Account settings.

jed4 provides Services on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use our Services at your own risk.
jed4 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use or inability to use our Services, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, system downtime, payment processing delays, or third-party actions. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount of deposits you made to your Account in the three months preceding the claim.
jed4 is not responsible for errors in sporting event results provided by third-party data sources, technical failures beyond our reasonable control, or acts of God including natural disasters, wars, or government actions that prevent us from providing Services.
jed4 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your Account immediately without prior notice if we reasonably believe you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or conducted yourself in a manner harmful to jed4 or other Players. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to: providing false information during registration, creating duplicate accounts, bonus abuse, use of third-party funds, money laundering, collusion, use of automated betting systems, or harassment of staff or other Players.
Upon termination for cause, jed4 may confiscate your Account balance (including deposits, winnings, and bonuses), void all pending bets, and report fraudulent activity to relevant authorities. If your Account is terminated without cause or if you voluntarily close your Account in good standing, any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to you after deduction of any outstanding fees or charges.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of our Services, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or live chat. Please provide detailed information about your complaint including Account username, date and time of the issue, transaction IDs if applicable, and a clear description of the problem.
We aim to investigate and respond to all complaints within 48-72 hours. If you are not satisfied with our initial response, you may escalate the complaint to our management team by requesting escalation through customer support. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes fairly and promptly. If a dispute remains unresolved after exhausting our internal complaint process, you may have the right to pursue alternative dispute resolution or legal action in accordance with Section 13 below.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which jed4 holds its gaming license. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of jed4 Services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
You acknowledge that online gambling laws vary by jurisdiction and that you are solely responsible for determining whether your participation in jed4 Services is legal in your location. If your local laws prohibit online gambling, you must not use our Services. jed4 does not make any representation that the Services are appropriate or legal for use in Indonesia or any other specific jurisdiction.
jed4 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the jed4 website. Material changes will be communicated to Players via email or notification within the Account dashboard. Your continued use of Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
We recommend that you review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this document indicates when the Terms were most recently revised. If you do not agree with any changes, you must stop using our Services and may close your Account.
